Eye Associates of New Mexico—a large, DOCTOR-OWNED practice—is seeking a Comprehensive Ophthalmologist with strong cataract surgery skills and experience managing retina and glaucoma patients. Join a collaborative team of 2 Ophthalmologists and 4 Optometrists in our Farmington, New Mexico location, offering a high-volume, high-complexity surgical environment and 260+ days of sunshine each year.

You’ll serve patients across the Four Corners region (NM/CO/UT/AZ) with a strong referral base and an established patient population—meaning you can build a busy clinic and surgical schedule quickly. Candidates who value teamwork, service, and outstanding patient care will thrive here. Partnership consideration is available after year two.  $25,000 sign on bonus and $6,000/year professional allowance + many great benefits!
