Cape Cod Healthcare is seeking a highly qualified BC/BE (board certified/board eligible) Adult Cardiac Surgeon or BC/BE Cardiologist, with the opportunity to be considered for Director of the Heart and Vascular Institute (HVI).
The selected physician will join the Section of Cardiac Surgery at Cape Cod Hospital, an affiliate of Lahey Hospital & Medical Center (LMMC) Cardiac Surgery and will play a key role in advancing a comprehensive, multidisciplinary cardiovascular program. Candidates must demonstrate strong clinical expertise in their respective specialty, along with proven leadership capabilities to guide and collaborate across a multidisciplinary Heart Team at Heart and Vascular Institute which includes skilled specialists in general cardiology, interventional cardiology, electrophysiology and arrhythmia services, cardiac imaging, structural heart services, peripheral vascular disease treatment and cardiac rehabilitation.
Surgeon candidates must have experience with transcatheter valve technologies.

- Dedicated cardiac operating rooms
- Experienced Advanced Practice Provider and perfusion teams
- Cardiac Anesthesiology services
- A dedicated five bed Cardiac Surgery Intensive Care Unit
