Locums Anesthesiologist in Iowa - High-Volume Facility

Flexible block scheduling in Cedar Rapids with full case variety, modern facilities, and minimal required call.

Highlights

Practice Setting

• Level 3 trauma center with 13 ORs, 5 endo suites, 2 acute surgery centers, 1 OB suite, 1 EP lab
• 1,200 cases/month
• Epic EMR
• Full anesthesia team, no CRNAs

Schedule

• Weekday shifts: pick 8s or 10s
• Optional weekend call rotation (OB, cardiac, general)
• Call: 3pm Fri-6:30am Mon; weekday call 5:30p-6:30a

Cases and Procedures

• General surgery, ortho, uro, optha, GI, OB, cardiac, vascular, spine, healthy peds
• No heads or complex peds required
• Robot available onsite

Requirements

• Board Certified in Anesthesiology
• Active Iowa license or IMLC LOQ
• BLS and ACLS required
