Position Overview
White Rock Medical Center is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible General Surgeon to join our growing surgical team in Dallas, Texas. This position offers the opportunity to practice high-quality, patient-centered care in a collaborative and supportive medical environment.
Responsibilities
Perform a broad range of general surgical procedures, including elective and emergency cases
Provide inpatient and outpatient surgical care
Participate in call coverage as assigned
Collaborate with anesthesiology, nursing, and specialty services to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation in accordance with hospital policies
Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
Qualifications
MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
Board Certified or Board Eligible in General Surgery
Eligible for or currently holding an unrestricted Texas medical license
Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills
Commitment to patient-centered care and teamwork
