Mercyhealth System in Janesville, Wisconsin is currently seeking a Full-Time Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Hematology/Medical Oncologist to join our outstanding Oncology team serving Southern Wisconsin.Use your expertise to build and lead a unique, growing oncology practice within a fully integrated, award-winning healthcare system.
Opportunity:
Range $575,000-$750,000
- Build your individual oncology practice as an employed physician with the support of operational leaders and a comprehensive multidisciplinary cancer team.

Departmental Scope:
Join an excellent Oncology team of:
- Hematologists
- Medical Oncologists
- Radiation Oncologists
- Advanced Practice Providers
- Dedicated Oncology Nursing staff
- Oncology Social Worker
- Oncology Manager and Director
- Strong established referral base
- Opportunity to lead and grow the Hematology/Oncology service line

Qualifications:
- MD/DO board certified/board eligible
- Fellowship trained in both Hematology and Medical Oncology
- BC/BE in both Hematology and Oncology
- The ability to communicate clearly and work as a member of a team
Compensation & Benefits:
- Mercyhealth offers a highly competitive initial salary guarantee leading to a production-based model after the first year, along with an outstanding benefits package:
- Range $575,000-$750,000
