About the Opportunity

As our Lead Aesthetic Physician, you will serve as a key clinical leader at our Mission Valley location, providing exceptional aesthetic care while partnering with an experienced team to support patient satisfaction, clinical excellence and practice growth.

You will have the opportunity to perform a broad range of nonsurgical aesthetic procedures, including cosmetic injectables, facial rejuvenation, laser-based treatments and advanced skin rejuvenation services. This role offers the opportunity to combine clinical expertise with the artistry of aesthetic medicine while building meaningful, long-term patient relationships.

We are looking for a physician who is not only passionate about delivering outstanding patient outcomes but is also energized by the opportunity to lead, collaborate and help take an established practice to the next level.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a clinical leader for the Mission Valley location, supporting exceptional patient care, team collaboration and continued practice growth
• Conduct comprehensive aesthetic consultations and develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and clinical evaluation
• Perform cosmetic injectable treatments, including neuromodulators and dermal fillers, consistent with training and experience
• Provide laser-based, skin rejuvenation and other nonsurgical aesthetic procedures within the physician's scope of practice and expertise
• Educate patients on available treatment options, expected outcomes and post-treatment care
• Build lasting patient relationships through outstanding clinical outcomes and personalized care
• Collaborate with clinical and operational leadership to identify opportunities for service expansion, patient retention and practice growth
• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation while upholding the highest standards of patient safety and clinical excellence
• Stay current with advancements in aesthetic medicine, injectables, laser technologies and cosmetic procedures

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Dermatology, or another applicable specialty
• Eligible for unrestricted medical licensure in California
• Experience and interest in aesthetic medicine, cosmetic procedures and patient-centered care
• Experience with cosmetic injectables, laser treatments or other aesthetic procedures
• Strong interpersonal, communication and consultation skills
• Collaborative leadership style with an interest in practice development and growth
• Commitment to clinical excellence, patient safety and exceptional aesthetic outcomes

Experienced aesthetic physicians are strongly encouraged to apply. Physicians from other specialties with relevant procedural experience and a demonstrated passion for aesthetic medicine will also be considered.

Compensation & Benefits

• $225,000 to $300,000 annually, plus productivity incentive compensation
