Location: DFW Area (20 minutes from downtown Dallas, TX)
Schedule: Full time / Flexible (2–3 days/week acceptable)
Practice Type: Comprehensive Medical & Surgical Ophthalmology
About the Opportunity
We are a physician-led medical and surgical ophthalmology practice in DFW seeking an ophthalmologist interested in a true ownership-oriented role, rather than a traditional employed position.
This opportunity is well suited for a surgeon who values clinical autonomy, flexibility, and long-term involvement, and who is interested in helping shape the future of a growing community-based practice. We are open to part-time engagement (2–3 days per week).
The Role
-- Provide comprehensive ophthalmic care with a medical and surgical focus
-- Perform cataract surgery and manage surgical patients pre- and post-operatively
-- Diagnose and manage ocular disease, including glaucoma, diabetic retinopathy, and macular degeneration
-- Work alongside an experienced clinical team with efficient workflows and strong support
-- Optionally participate in practice development, clinical direction, and long-term strategy

Qualifications
-- MD or DO with completion of an ACGME-accredited ophthalmology residency
-- Board eligible or board certified in Ophthalmology
-- Eligible for medical licensure in Texas
-- Cataract surgery experience required (additional surgical skills welcome)
