Seeking PT optometrist in Austin, TX to join ophthalmology practice. Opportunity for FT position for a candidate who desires growth. The position would include refractions, annual exams and soft contact lens fittings. RGP/scleral lens fitting experience preferred to support complex cornea patients. Job responsibilities to provide refractive support for post operative cataract and pre/post operative Lasik cases. Extensive diagnostic testing and medically interesting cases. Must be comfortable with retinoscopy and seeing some pediatric patients. Preference for candidates with Spanish proficiency. Central location to variety of live music, sporting events, outdoor activities, and world-class dining. Guaranteed minimum per diem with production bonus.
