- Radiation Oncologist Established Community Practice Leadership Opportunity Columbus OH
Description
We are seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Radiation Oncologist to join our established community oncology practice in Columbus, Ohio. This position offers an existing patient base, strong referral network, and the opportunity to step into a leadership role. There are 12 Medical Oncologist/Hematologists in the group and 7 APP’s, there is enough referrals from the group internally to keep at least one radiation oncologist busy. We will be growing the program from there as the building has two vaults located inside. The True Beam and radiation center will be fully renovated and ready for June 2026. The physician will provide comprehensive radiation oncology services in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment focused on high-quality, patient-centered care.

Requirements
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
- Completion of an ACGME-accredited Radiation Oncology residency program
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Radiation Oncology
- Eligible for or currently holding an unrestricted Ohio medical license
- Eligibility for hospital privileges in Columbus, OH
- Demonstrated commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care
- Strong clinical skills across a broad spectrum of radiation oncology cases
- Ability to collaborate effectively with medical oncology, surgical oncology, and multidisciplinary teams
- Interest in program development and leadership responsibilities
- Excellent communication skills with patients, families, and referring providers
- Commitment to quality improvement, evidence-based practice, and clinical excellence
