Scrub Technician (Surgical Services)

Inspira Health, the region’s leading network of healthcare providers, is seeking an experienced Scrub Technician to join the Operating Room team at Inspira Medical Center in Elmer, NJ. In this role, you will assist with surgical procedures and serve as an integral part of the patient care team. This position offers a competitive pay range of $26.30 - $39.10 per hour and includes a $15,000 sign-on bonus!

Qualifications:

•        High School diploma or GED
•        Completion of an accredited surgical technology program and associated hours
•        1+ years of operating room scrub technician experience preferred
•        Demonstrated knowledge of aseptic technique, sterile field maintenance, surgical instrumentation, and operating room protocols
•        Experience assisting with surgical counts, specimen handling, patient positioning, prepping, and draping
•        BLS certification required
