A busy, well established, retina-only group practice is interested in adding an additional surgical retina specialist due to continued exceptional growth.  We are located in Jacksonville, Florida. The practice is well regarded in the area through decades of service. Non PE owned.

We are looking for a motivated physician for this partnership track position. We are also open to negotiating a flexible, part-time position if desired.

The physicians have an excellent quality of life with call limited to the practice only, operating at the main hospital where our central clinic is located as well as access to a multiple ASC’s, participation in multiple clinical trials, and opportunity for teaching in the local residency program.

Associate level compensation is highly competitive with additional revenue opportunities. The intention would be to become a full partner.

The area has wonderful opportunities for year-round enjoyment of all that North East Florida offers including highly ranked schools and universities with minimal traffic. This is a great place to raise a family.
