Washington Eye Consultants is a NON-PE, physician-owned practice, based in Rockville, MD, seeking a motivated Comprehensive Ophthalmologist, either an experienced physician or upon completion of residency and/or cornea/glaucoma fellowship, to join our well-established, high-volume practice in the Washington, DC metro area.
This is a unique opportunity to step into immediate clinical and surgical volume, as the two owner-physicians are beginning to slow down and transition a substantial portion of their patient base to a new associate. The incoming physician will benefit from a robust, built-in referral network and strong demand from day one—no ramp-up period required.
Our practice operates out of a single, modern location—no travel between offices—allowing for efficiency, consistency, and excellent work-life balance.
This is a highly compensated associate position with significant income potential; a seven-figure earning trajectory is realistically and promptly achievable given the available volume. While the role is primarily intended as an extremely well-paid, efficient, and stable associate position, there may be future opportunities for partnership and equity for the right candidate. Mandarin speaking applicants are preferred but not required.
