Description

SportsMed Subiaco is seeking a suitably experienced Physiotherapist to join our clinical team in providing high-quality physiotherapy services to patients of St John of God Hospital Subiaco. 
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering physiotherapy services to post-op orthopaedic and spinal surgery patients in the acute hospital setting. There is the opportunity to work in other disciplines within the hospital including cardio-respiratory, general surgery, medical, ICU/CCU and on maternity wards. 
We are looking to employ a physiotherapist to work on a full-time basis with the flexibility to work on weekend rosters. 
This role will also include conducting supervised hydrotherapy classes for post-op patients and potential for providing early post-op outpatient care. 
Whilst suitable experience is preferred, we also encourage new or recent graduates with an interest in this area to apply.

Requirements

To be considered, the following requirements must be demonstrated in your CV and one page cover letter: 
Tertiary qualification in physiotherapy  
General registration with the Physiotherapy Board of Australia 
Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills 
Knowledge of and commitment to patient centred care and evidence-based practice 
Ability to prioritise and manage workloads independently 
Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
