Job DetailsEnvision Physician Services is looking for a Site Medical Director to lead our growing Critical Care Intensivist team at Medical City McKinney, located in McKinney, TX. SMD Role: Ample protected clinical and leadership time Open, collegial, and supportive relationship with executive hospital leadership Duties include co-management with specialties, clinical support for physicians on shift, shadowing and coaching, onboarding and mentoring new physicians, recruiting, and strategic planning. Previous leadership experience preferred Active TX license preferred or in-process W2 Employee status with medical, dental, vision insurance and 401k options Monthly director stipend Highlights of this program / position are: Block scheduling providing you a nice quality of life 12 hour shifts from 7a - 7p Hourly rate plus RVU incentive compensation model Malpractice insurance with tail coverage CME allowance - McKinney, TX
